The following terms and conditions apply to Siberdyne Motorcycle Parts for products and services.
We encourage you to review our terms and conditions regularly as Siberdyne Motorcycle Parts may make changes at any time.
Orders and Refunds
Products can be purchased through our website however we do reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, if payment has already been received this will be returned. Confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours of purchase.
Clutch Covers on exchange basis must have no damages, we may ask for photos to be sent in before accepting orders. Once cover has been received we will contact via email with a return date, typically covers are returned within 5-7 days.
On all products full refund will be granted within 14 days, up to 28 days 50% refund and after 28 days refunds will not be accepted or will be on our discretion. The product must have not been used and not damaged, again we may request photos to be sent in before accepting to refund.
If you are looking to make a return, please email info@siberdynemotorcycleparts.co.uk and we will provide return address details. Please note we must receive the product within 14 days to ensure full refund and not only your email.
Money is returned within 3 days of receiving goods back, your bank will have a processing time of this clearing into your account consequently it may not show immediately.
Delivery
All products are packed to a high standard ensuring there is no opportunity for damage.
Delivery of Clutch Covers will be 5-7 working days due to manufacturing times. If products are in stock or ready to go earlier, they will be sent. All other products will have a 3-5 day delivery time.
Different products have different postage and packaging prices which can be viewed at time of purchase.
On dispatch an email confirmation will be sent to notify you goods are on there way.
Pricing
Prices on our website are subject to change for products and delivery. This can be for different reasons including stock and material change or promotional availability. Siberdyne Motorcycle Parts guarantee that the price shown on your email confirmation will be the price you pay even if website prices change between you ordering to receiving goods.
Also, it is to be noted all products are dispatched with a sales invoice enclosed.
Payment
When making purchases on our website we accept payment using credit and debit cards or through PayPal.
We do not accept payments via cheque. In certain circumstances will we accept BACS, you will need to contact us to enquire about this.
How we use personal information
Siberdyne Motorcycle Parts will request personal details when making an account or purchase through our website. Information required may be Full name, Address, email, Contact number etc.
Personal information will be used by us for audit purposes and for the delivery of products. Your details will never be shared. We may use your details to contact you with offers/ marketing, if you do not wish to receive this you can instruct us to stop at any time.
